Search engine not working Can't Post

Hi

Last week I've been having problems with the search engine and article previews not working giving the error message

Code
Error: Unknown host '[hostname].': Unknown error at [root path]/artman2/modules//IT/SSIResolver.pm line 358.

I contacted the server admin and they have only been working on the firewall lately. It's a Windows server.

Any ideas on what could be causing the problem? (BTW, why is there a double slash in the path to the .pm-file in the error message?)

Hi there,

Hmm, that's a bit of an odd error. Not quite sure what's causing that, although if your host has been making changes to their firewall, that could be it.

Try filling out a support request with your FTP information, and we can take a closer look at that for you. :)
