Hi, Our server is working correctly with SSI tags. We are using the latest version. When I follow the instructions of Article manager 2, I do have a problem. I dont see a solution on this forum but I do see that a lot people have the same problem. Problem This code <!--#include virtual="$published.siteHeader.webpath$" --> is given this error [an error occurred while processing this directive] When is change the SSI tag to the path like /home/user/domain/cgi-bin/templates/siteHeader.html etc. etc. of the header, it's parsing correctly. (This means that my server is working correctly.) But this is not the solution because.............then you have to problem of the tags which are used in the header like $my.siteName$ or $settings.searchurl$ The system doesn't make a parsing at all, like this (in the header): $settings.searchurl$ This way you can't search etc. etc. I hope InteractiveTools will give a solution for this. Thanks en best regards, Raymond

Hi Raymond, Is this problem appearing on your published pages, or when you view your templates directly? The SSI code won't be able to render when viewing your template files, since Article Manager doesn't create pages dynamically. Published pages should work correctly though. Let us know where this error is appearing and we can take a closer look into this for you. ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Jake Swanson - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com
