I am getting errors on my search and advanced search pages that say the following: Emulated SSI Error : file '/home/www/public_html//artman2/publish/include_siteHeaderFBC.shtml' doesn't exist!] [Emulated SSI Error : file '/home/www/public_html//artman2/publish/include_globalMenuFBC.shtml' doesn't exist!] I have customized the searchForm.html and searchResults.html templates and am using the following code: <!--#include virtual="$published.siteHeaderFBC.webpath$" --> But it is giving me this error. The file "include_siteHEaderFBC.shtml" appears to be there. Please help...

Hi there! Well, that error generally means exactly that -- it can't find the file it's looking for. The first thing you'll want to do is make sure that the filenames are exactly right, including the capitalization as filenames are case sensitive, and that it's in the right directory. If you're absolutely certain that they're there, try filling in a support request so that we can take a look directly: https://www.interactivetools.com/support/email_support.cgi I hope this helps! :) Donna
