Hi there Thanks for posting! You can definitely get this going with Article Manager 2. What I did was take the main login page and strip it down a bit for you. The code you need is attached to my post in a file called form.shtml. If you copy the code from that, you can paste it onto any page you like. One thing to look for is at the beginning. You'll need to make sure the action attribute of your form tag points to the login page of Article Manager. For the attachment, I left it as action="/path/to/admin.cgi". You can adjust the look and feel of you like but make sure to keep all the form elements like <input> tags in there as they are all important. Give it a whurl and let me know how you make out . ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Ross Fairbairn - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com

Thx a lot for the reply. the code that you gave me does not work for some reason. I changed the action attribute but it still does not work. after I click on login it takes me to the advanced search page.

Hi there Thanks for the update! It's odd that that code didn't get you going and even odder that it goes to the search page instead of the admin page. I am wondering if you could send me a link to a page on your site where you have this going? If you like, you can send me a private message if you didn't want a link to your site going live in our forums. Either way, I look forward to hearing from you. I am sure it isn't going to be anything major so we'll get to the bottom of all this . ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Ross Fairbairn - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com
