Related Articles Error	Can't Post

I have been using the "related articles" since AM2 came into being. I have had no problems with it until today.

I added some new articles to my website but never touched the code or anything else to do with the website. The articles were displaying perfectly when I was done - around 1 pm. About a half hour ago, I went on the site to look up something and all of my pages were extended to almost double the width. The problem was the following error message:

Error: Unknown host 'www.thatscountry.com.': at /home/mydomain/public_html/cgi-bin/am2/modules//IT/SSIResolver.pm line 358.

No one other than me has access to my site and nothing was changed this afternoon. Has anyone else had a problem something like this with their related article code and, if so, how was it resolved? I took the code out of the pages until I find a resolution.

Hi Marti,

Hmm, that looks like it's related to the SSI parser in Article Manager, which makes me think that something may have changed on your server (the fact that nothing else was changed makes me think that, too.)

It's going to be pretty difficult to troubleshoot this remotely, but if you'd like to fill in a support request, I can pop in and try running some test scripts to see if we can track down where it's running into trouble.

Thanks Donna! Just filled out the request. I have a dedicated server so I can't see that anything was changed however nothing surprises me lately! LOL

FYI... Just checked with my hosting company and there was nothing updated or changed on the server that day or any day since the end of June.
