Related Add on Articles :: Receiving error while processing directive

Hello:
I followed the tutorial instructions for including articles which have a similar theme utilizing the keyword add option. I am receiving the following error when viewing the article in hope of seeing 'related articles'.
[an error occurred while processing this directive]
Here is the page to view the error comment:

I'm a newbie so I have to assume it is something small that I did or did not include in the proper location.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciate.

Hi Kim
Thanks for posting!
The error processing this directive message means there is something that needs to be adjusted with your include statement.
Would you mind posting that up your template for me so I can take a look at what's going on?
I am sure it isn't going to be anything too crazy so I look forward to hearing from you  .

That's not quite the code I was thinking of. The problem is going to be coming from the include on your template. It's going to look something like this:
<!--#include virtual="
If you could post that part or just attach your whole template, we'll get to the bottom of this .

Hi Kim,
Thanks for the post ,
By looking at the error that you are getting ,it seems that your search.cgi file has got wrong file permission,kindly try changing the file permission for the page /cgi-bin/artman2/search.cgi as 755. And go for publishing all pages.

Hi Divya:
I checked on the file permissions and they were already set to 755 so that isn't the issue.
cgi-bin/artman2/search.cgi/
Our other files are are in the directory of artman, not artman 2. Could this be the problem? Your support team did the original set up for us.
I tried a variety of options this morning, but I am still getting the same error as viewed below:

Thank you so much.
You are indeed correct and when I made the change and published all, the articles are coming in as requested.
I assumed something minor but it just wasn't obvious to me.
