Rapid Response Tickets

FYI: I posted two 2nd level support tickets this morning.... Only got one confirmation. (I think I forgot to put my licence # on my first ticket, but the second ticket was a different issue-just applies to the same site). And on that confirmation I did receive, it says "Order a Rapid Response Ticket for just $10 to get immediate assistance during regular office hours:" I went to do that but........ the order form says $25 ? (Also, I was going to do the rapid response for both but don't have the first ticket #) Amber
