RSS Feed Cedille Error

I encountered the following error when trying to use the RSS Feed option, Invalid charater encountered in data stream. It seems that my xml file contained several cedille characters ( Curaçao ) I had to use wordpad and replace all the ç by c and once that was done the xml file was read like a champ into the news feeder program. The problem is now that everytime an article is published I need to do this text replacement routine. Anybody has any Idea how this can be done automatically? Best regards Federico R. Hi Federico, How is your feed encoded? On my site the first line looks like this: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1" ?> ISO-8859-1 allows me to use more non-english characters so you might want to give it a try too, if you're not using it yet. Jonathan

Yes it works now. Thank you. The smartertools reader that I am using displays Curaao instead of Curaçao however that is a problem of the reader. Best regards Federico R. Fingal MCP, MCSA, MCSE St. Martinus University Faculty of Medicine Brionplein 1 Curaçao, Netherlands Antilles
