Question to artman website users about look and feel

I wanted to try and help each other to see what works better and what doesnt work at all when it comes to page designs.
I use the defualt look of article title, description, and category listing. I also use a list of related articles on the right side and a list of all categories on the left side. It works ok for us, but i feel it could work a lot better. So I'm curious if anyone has luck with simple article titles. Like:
Article 1
Article 2
Article 3
and less content on the page. I'm planning to test a few looks and see if the pages increase with more pageviews and longer browsing times. I hope a few of us work on this together and figure out a good mix for us.
