Placeholder Not Working, Please Help

Hey,
I've been trying to get the $user.fullname$ to work in my templates but it says its an unknown placeholder. What's the deal here? So now i have to have someone fill out there name each time they post a new article. How can i get it to automatically post there name in the article?

Hi Patrick,
Can you give me a little more detail about what you're doing? Which template are you putting the placeholder into, and where in that template are you entering it?

I'm having the same problem... I am trying to use $user.fullname$ which is referenced here: http://www.interactivetools.com/docs/articlemanager2/templates/index.html
I am trying to integrate it in articlePages/articlePage.html.
I am receiving the same error [unknown placeholder $user.notes$]

Hi fmg,
Try using this placeholder instead:
$currentuser.notes$
