Permission error after moving server

Hello,
After moving the site from one server to the other, everything is working except for one strange problem. When I try to update the template is gives me an error; Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/artman2/admin.cgi on this server.
The rest of it works fine, like adding articles, publishing etc.. checked all the permissions and everything looks to be fine. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Prasad,
Usually an error like this is triggered by a security module on your server called "mod_security". Try following the instructions in this thread to disable the module:
