I am planning to purchase Article Manager 2 and use it on a Windows machine. Can Article Manager 2 operate properly without the use of a MySQL Database?

Hi ther Thanks for posting and welcome to the board! Article Manager will definitely work on a windows machine. In fact, it should actually work on just about any server out there as long as you have Perl and CGI setup. And the MySQL part isn't even a solid requirement. It's more of an option than anything else. If you have MySQL you can use it, but if you don't, Article Manager will look after your data itself in a series of flat files on your server. Either way, you are going to be fine. How does that sound? It would be great to hear from you again so feel free to send me anymore questions you have . ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Ross Fairbairn - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com
