Are there tutorials that show an individual how to remove the "Latest Headlines" and move the category index to the top and or the bottom of the page, as well as create drop down menus for sub-categories?

Hi there Thanks for posting! I can actually go over these things with you right here . The best thing is going to be breaking it down and going over each item one at a time. Did you have a preference where we started? Removing the Latest Headlines is likely going to be the easiest as you just need to remove some code from your templates. That does touch on a very important topic though. Your template. The best place to start at with a project like this is going to be your template. Did you already have an idea of what you wanted everything to look like once you are done? Perhaps you could put together a sample so that I can have a look. Let me know what you have for now and we'll go from there. Thanks! ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Ross Fairbairn - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com

Hi again. To remove the headlines from your templates, you'll need to find a bit of code and delete it. The code will look something like this:
<!--#include virtual="$published.categoryHeadlines.webpath$" --> or
<!--#include virtual="$published.globalHeadlines.webpath$" --> The template you'll need to edit could be any of the following: /articleLists/categoryIndex.html /articleLists/globalIndex.html /articlePages/articlePage.html /searchEngine/searchForm.html /searchEngine/searchResults.html Just make sure to hit the publish all button after making all these changes. If you aren't finding any of the code I mentioned, could you post up one of your templates so I can see how they are setup? Thanks! ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Ross Fairbairn - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com
