I am trying to add a javascript to a template and can't get it to work. It works fine on a HTML site. Are there any limitations in AM for using Javascripts? thanks, Roni

Hi Roni, There is no limitation on using Javascript with Article Manager - it should work in exactly the same way as it does on a regular HTML site. Is there any chance you could post a link to a page which isn't working? ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Jake Swanson - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com

http://www.toddjerseyarchitecture.com/artman2/publish/index.shtml as you can see an image is missing. the javascript is for having that image rotate with every refresh of the browser. ideally I would want to upload those images using AM, but I need to get the script to work first.. (the scrip is here: http://www.toddjerseyarchitecture.com/artman2/publish/rand_bg_artman.js) Thanks, Roni

Hi Roni, It looks like that script you had set up is for randomly changing the colour of background images, not for rotating images - maybe you copied the wrong script code by mistake? I took a look at the script's page here and it seems like it won't work for images: http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex17/contentcolors.htm Let me know if I'm overlooking something here! ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Jake Swanson - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com
