Java Syndication Without Syndicate.cgi

I thought I'd share. I been hunting for a way users can once again get and modify the java code for individual categories. With a custom script, and a whole bunch of changing/modifying, I finally got the functionality working. Keep in mind, I have not yet made the site pretty, nor went live with it yet, but it seems like I have the hard parts in place. http://www.trustedwriters.com/javafeed/1/ Once I finish, I will try to write a tutorial if anyone is interested

Hi there. Thanks so much for posting this! I am really impressed . It would actually be really great if you could post a few details about that for the rest of us to try out. Thanks again . ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Ross Fairbairn - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com

Thanks Ross. the base script is from a custom php script I bought which is running here http://www.trustedwriters.com/javafeed/ The script is modified to control AM Javascript variables. The only drawback is your sections in AM are not automatically integrated. When you add a JAVA feed, you have to manually add a selection in the drop down menu. I did not buy resale rights so I can not give the source code, but I do have the availability to purchase the resale rights. I will consider buying the rights if enough people are interested, and willing to pay a small fee to cover the expense. The script functions like http://feed2js.org/ which is free and works with magpie. It should be possible to work the above scripts to function in a similar way, but I can not help with that.

Hello, this is what I was looking for for, except it doesn't show an image. Is it possible to add a field to show an image? If so I am interested in buying this script!
