I have around 8000 users in my CRM. It´s not difficult to export them to a tabulated or txt file, and read the file with Excel. My concern comes when I get to export the file to AM2 structure, I mean to separate the fields in teh way AM2 may to read it withouth cause a break. Anyone may suggest if there is a better way or tool, to separate the fields in AM2 structure?. What does mean the db_accounts.dat.cgi numbers an columns?. Thanks a lot., Félix ========================================= We publish a magazine, which we send by regular mail to 10.000 dealers and IT companies. http://www.nuevosespacios.com

Hi Felix. Thanks for posting! We can send you an outline of what each field in the data file for Article Manager 2 is so you can adjust your spreadsheet accordingly. How does that sound? It's a little more than we like to cover in a forum post though so if you could send me an email to support@interactivetools.com, I can get that out to you. How does that sound? I look forward to hearing from you . ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Ross Fairbairn - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com
