How to set up a Google Sitemap?

I cannot find anywhere in the support documentation a "how to" or tutorial on how to set up an automatically generated Google Sitemaps file. Am I missing it?

You may want to have a look at this forum post by Donna that outlines how you can set up a Google Sitemap. She provides an example of what the XML template should look like and some details about how to create a publishing rule that will output an appropriate file for you:
