How many times a article has been shown

 I would like to know if anybody has tried to implement a field which may pull how many times a article has been clicked by the users. It would be useful to know the article popularity and to ordered by 'how many times has it clicked'.

And even would be useful, in order a 'trusted writer' may see when login to AM2 how many times his articles has been viewed.

Thanks for the suggestion!
I don't think this is something that Article Manager is setup for now so I am going to add this as a feature request to our list. I of course don't know all the hows, whens or ifs just yet but it's on the list now and out devs will take a look at it for future versions.
Let me know if you have anymore suggestions  .
