How can I change the look of the Global Index Page

I am still kind of new to Article Manager and some things are a little over my head. I want to simply change the look of the Global Index Page and remove some things like the Time Stamp. I dont mind the date but my client would like to take the time stamp off. Also it shows the title of the article twice and the Read More link is on top of the title instead of below it. I know this is probably something very easy to fix but I am having a tough time trying to figure it out. Maybe I am just tired. Please help! Gilbert

Hi HavanaGraphics, Thanks for posting! While we can't help too much on the design side of things, if you need to move around the places where content is displayed on your page, just rearrange Article Manager's placeholders. For example, by moving the $article.summary$ placeholder around, you can determine where the article's summary text is displayed. To change your date text, replace the existing $article.date$ placeholder on your template with this: $article.date:format(MMMM d, yyyy)$ That way the time will be hidden, but the date will remain on the page. If your article title is displayed twice, then your $article.date$ placeholder is likely used twice on your template - look for the duplicate and remove it. Let us know if you need anything else. ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Jake Swanson - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com
