Is there anyway I can link articles to my forum. When someone clicks a link such as comments or opinions it automatically creates the topic in my forum and remembers it the next time someones clicks the same article??

Hi ampsta,
As far as I know there's no way to do this with Article Manager, although it may depend somewhat on what forum software you're using. You might want to see if there's a plug-in available for your forum software that could create these topics for you.
