Hi opbook, It's probably best if you send us a second-level support request on this so that we can take a look at your copy of the software directly: http://www.interactivetools.com/support/ I look forward to hearing from you. ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Jake Swanson - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com

It must have been either: opbook@hotmail.com or publisher@thisweekintexas.com

Hi opbook, I took a look in our system but I wasn't able to track down your request - it likely got caught by our spam filter. I'd suggest trying again using the publisher@thisweekintexas.com email address, as it looks like we've successfully received emails from there in the past. I look forward to hearing from you. ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Jake Swanson - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com

Ok publisher@thisweekintexas.com must not be working either I've tried twice and the system says the message was sent, but I have not heard back on any results.

Hi opbook, You're right, we didn't receive your email on our end. If you're comfortable with this, you can send me a private message on the forum with your login information for Article Manager as well as FTP details for your server and I can take a look. You can also try emailing me at jake@interactivetools.com. ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Jake Swanson - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com
