Error message when trying to move to and from next>> and <<prev links at bottom of page Can't Post

On any (all) of my template pages when I click the next>> link at the bottom of the page I get the following error message:

Error: Can't connect to 'mywebsite.com.' (216.118.102.181) on port 80 : Address family not supported by protocol family at /mywebsite.com/cgi-bin/artman2/modules//IT/SSIResolver.pm line 362.

I have'nt a clue what this means or what to do about it.

Any help?

Hi opbook,

It's probably best if you send us a second-level support request on this so that we can take a look at your copy of the software directly:

I look forward to hearing from you. Smile

I sent you my info about a week ago, but have not heard from you. Did you not receive it?

Hi Opbook,

Can you let me know what email address you sent that from?

Donna

It must have been either:

opbook@hotmail.com

or publisher@thisweekintexas.com

Hi opbook,

I took a look in our system but I wasn't able to track down your request - it likely got caught by our spam filter. I'd suggest trying again using the publisher@thisweekintexas.com email address, as it looks like we've successfully received emails from there in the past.

I look forward to hearing from you. Smile

Hi opbook,

You're right, we didn't receive your email on our end. If you're comfortable with this, you can send me a private message on the forum with your login information for Article Manager as well as FTP details for your server and I can take a look. You can also try emailing me at jake@interactivetools.com. Smile
