Over the last two days myself and two of my other trusted writers are getting error messages. This happens when we save an article after changing some things. Here is what we are getting:Error: error writing to 'db_category' temp datafile! No space left on device at /home/e/3/c/11243/11243/public_html/cgi-bin/artman2_new/modules//IT/DB/File.pm line 441.Note sure what the problem is. I have not made any changes to the site.

Hi sippy, That error message almost always means that you've run out of disk space on your hosting account - you may want to contact your web host to see if it's possible to increase the amount of disk space on your account. Let us know if you have any other questions. ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Jake Swanson - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com

Jake, I just looked at my plan usage details. Here is what I found. I have included in my plan 12.00 GB of space My actual usage is 2.01 GB. So I'm not sure what the problem is now.

Hi sippy, That may not necessarily be accurate - an easy way to test this is to log into your site through FTP, and upload any file from your computer to the web server. If it successfully uploads, then you know you have enough space. If you do indeed have enough disk space on your hosting account, you'll want to send us a second-level support request for this issue so that we can take a look at your site directly: https://www.interactivetools.com/support/ Don't hesitate to contact us! ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Jake Swanson - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com
