Hello there, it's been a while since I've posted anything here. Sorry that I don't come back unless I face a new problem . Anyway, I suddenly got an error message while trying to publish a new article. Strangely enough, I didn't modify anything at all in the website recently, even the theme or ANYTHING! the error message is:
Error: DBD::mysql::st execute failed: MySQL server has gone away at /var/www/vhosts/***sitename***/cgi-bin/artman2/modules//IT/DB/MySQL.pm line 369. any ideas?

Does it keep happening or just the once? Typically the "MySQL server has gone away" message means the connection to the MySQL server was lost part way through and only happens on rare occassions. See: http://www.google.com/search?q=MySQL+server+has+gone+away Let me know if it keeps happening and we can track it down. Hope that helps! Dave Edis - Senior Developer interactivetools.com

Dave, Thank you so much for clearing things up, indeed the article was submitted this time with no problem whatsoever. The problem keeps happening few times a day but when tried later everything runs smoothly. I'll give it some time until I'm certain there's a serious issue ^_^ Thanks again Dave
