Easy way to import AM 1 articles into AM2?

Hello, currently we have 2 article manager installations (versions 1.41 and 2) running concurrently on the same site. We eventually will migrate fully to AM2 but while we are still tweaking the AM2 settings, is there an easy way to synchronize the data from AM1 to AM2 without going through the upgrade script again? BTW we are using the MySQL option instead of flat file on AM2. Thanks!

Hi there, Nope, the upgrade script is the only way. What we generally recommend is keeping a note of any of the settings you changed, as well a making a backup of your templates. Then you can easily re-run the upgrade. Alternately, if you only had a few articles added, you can simply move them over by hand by adding them as new articles in Article Manager 2. :) Donna
