Display Flash SWF

Hi there. We need to be able to insert Flash SWF's into a page using image placeholders (eg. ***imgae1***). When I uploaded the file AM offered a [ Download/View jt_intro_v1.swf ] link rather than actually displaying the SWF. Is there a way around this? Many thanks, Rees.

Hi Rees, Thanks for the posting! With Article Manager there isn't a way to add embedded content to the article using placeholders (***imageX***) unless it's an image file. For any other types of files you'll find that these will be listed and then linked to the way you've described. If you'd like to embed Flash code right into the article content the best way to do this will be to actually use the standard Flash embed/object code that will display the flash file. You can read more about this here: http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_4150 I hope this helps! Cheers, Mike Briggs - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com
