Bring back Archives...

Maybe I am missing something, but I would like to easily archive old articles. It was nice to have them there if we need to reference them, and the archive removed them from the headline list in the old version. Is there a way to archive articles over a year old? If not, can you bring that feature back? Also, maybe it is me, but in the headlines view, I can only view the top three article headlines when I complie multiple categories (http://patsa.org/ right side), is there a way to view more? How long till the user "help" files are complete? We are a large group with multiple people using it, would like not to have to write a tutorial for all my users.

Hi, Also, maybe it is me, but in the headlines view, I can only view the top three article headlines when I complie multiple categories ( http://patsa.org/ right side), is there a way to view more? To increase the number of article article headlines in the headline view (right side), here is the steps: - Log in to Article Manager and go to Admin > Publishing.
- Click the modify link for Articles for Grouped Headlines.
- Change the Limit Results (default is 1 to 3), for example 1 to 6 and Save.
- Click the publish link beside Articles for Grouped Headlines to republish with the new set number of articles.
Is there a way to archive articles over a year old? No way to archive articles over a year old like you did in Article Manager 1. Most sites like more articles and content available for SEO but since that isn't what you need, we will look at other options. Would moving older articles to another category (ex. 2005) then make that category hidden work for you? I will also add handling older articles (similar to archive feature) to the feature request list and we will start looking at other ways to address this. How long till the user "help" files are complete? We are a large group with multiple people using it, would like not to have to write a tutorial for all my users. The focus on the documentation was to get the Install, Admin, and Templates finished first. I will look into getting the User section of the documentation completed and added tonight. If there is specific documentation or tutorials you are looking for, let me know and we will put something together. Thanks for the all feedback. :) I hope my answers have helped. As always, let us know if you have any other questions. Cheers Damon Edis interactivetools.com
