Article Manager 2 scripting problem

Hello,
My site was moved to a new server and all the file permissions were changed. I think they have all been re-set now but when I try to publish anything to the site I get this error message:
Error: can't write to '/home/horsewis/public_html/news/articles/relevant file or category name here'! Permission denied at /home2/horsewis/public_html/cgi-bin/artman2/modules//IT/File.pm line 476.
Any ideas?

Hi,
Thanks for the post!
From what you've outlined here, it does seem like the issue will be related to either the permissions or the publishing paths that are being used by the software. Form my end here it's a bit tough to see what the issue might be but I'd be happy to have a look at this for you.
