Apostrophes and Garbage Characters

Apostrophes and Garbage Characters	Can't Post

On several of our articles using apostrophes, the article looks fine in the editor, but on our site there are garbage characters in place of the apostrophes. Two examples are at:

http://www.roadmapstosuccess.com/Learn/financial-freedom/debt-reduction-articles/Is_Debt_Consolidation_Right_For_Me.php

and

http://www.roadmapstosuccess.com/Learn/health-and-fitness/fitness-and-exercise-articles/Improve_Your_Health_Fitness_With_A_Fun_Exercise_Program.php

How do we fix something that looks fine in the editor?

Hi there!

Looks like you're specifying the wrong character set in your template. You're specifying:

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" />

It should be:

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />

Switch that to utf-8 and it should display all of your characters just fine. :)
