AM2 - Can't add a field - Why?

While attempting to add a new field in the db, I see this error:
Error: DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Duplicate column name 'submasthead' at /var/httpd/mysite.com/cgi-local/am2/modules//IT/DB/MySQL.pm line 369.
But the field doesn't show up in the db editor in am2.
I was able to add the field in my test environment, but not on the live site.
Any ideas?

Hi trumpetmic,
Sounds like the database already has a field with that name. Without taking a closer look, I can't really say what's going on there -- do you want to send us your FTP & MySQL details?
Alternately, you could just give that field a different name.

Right, the error appears be saying that a field already exists with that name.
The problem, is that the DB editor in AM2 isn't showing the field, so I can't delete it... also I have the template pulling from the field, but nothing is showing up on the page, so apparently the field isn't really tied in with AM2.

Hi there,
Again, without being able to take a look at it directly, it's hard to say what might be going on there.
Feel free to send us your FTP & MySQL details, or you can change the fieldname in Article Manager (and update your templates to match). :)
