2.11 Upgrade Problem with siteHeader placeholder

I've upgraded from 1.41 to 2.10 then to 2.11. It is so different that I want to start over again on my templates from the default set rather than going from my old 1.41 templates. In the globalIndex.html template (and others) there is this line: <!--#include virtual="$published.siteHeader.webpath$" --> In the files that get published it turns into this: <!--#include virtual="[unknown placeholder $published.siteHeader.webpath$]" --> So, I just need to know why, out of the box, I get this error and how I can fix it please. Nevermind, it was just that for some reason there were no rules to publish siteHeader and siteFooter. But I saw how the search box was being published so I created two new rules from that and that part's fine now. Ken Gary ~It's a small world, but I wouldn't want to paint it!
