Thanks for posting!
I think we had been talking about this in an email today so we should be getting closer to tracking this down. What I think the problem is going to be is that your server isn't setup for SSI's right now.
What you'll need to do is double check with your webhost that SSI's are in fact enabled. Once they get back to you, let me know what they had to say. The best thing would be to just reply to my email so that I can use the FTP details to do more testing if needed.
