Hello guys... a happy customer here.

I was wondering if some users from this forum can give me a clue about how i can update the tables of my Zen Cart installation database using a mysql dump file located on my FTP. I need execute it but no a clue how i can do that.

Im no really familiar with MySql, always use access and that type of DB.

If anyone can give me a hand i really apreciate it

If you have shell or telnet acess you can use the following command:

Code
mysql -u sadmin -p pass21 Customers < custback.sql

Essentially its broken down like this:

Code
mysql -u [username] -p [password] [database_to_restore] < [backupfile]

Hope that helps.

Regards,
Michael
