Need a javascript quotation form

Hi, Can anyone help with a javascript quotation form I need to develop? Its for an online conveyancer (Realtor I think in the US?), its so that visitors to the site can get a quote for buying or selling their house. It will need to take into account the price of the home they wish to purchase or sell, if they require a mortgage and include a few fixed costs as well. Any help would be appreciated! cheers Dan Hartlepool

Way out of the shallow water here. I recently designed a solution for a company in Australia (a certain part thereof) which provided a 'guideline' to prices. You cannot provide a solution to RE given the factors that govern the house-pricing market.
