Must see a working example.
The first one would be as a sales demonstration on my reserve NetNation site at http://www.advanced-web-support.com/db_rent/listings/
We have ten realtor sites in France who wish these features.
Later, we would need the same but in the French language (which we can help with).
We would need a means of re-setting the demonstration back to zero.
FEATURES
1. To offer free and simple registration by visitors to receive extra features as follows...
... and to give the realtor more detail of the visitors preferred requirements to increase service (and sales).
2. The ability to save searches with a name - so on the next visit the visitor can select from a list of saved searches and redo a search with one click. This will be readable by the realtor and give extra knowledge re requirements.
3. The ability to save "individual property details" so that the client can recall these later (one by one). Again, the realtor can see what this client prefers and actively sell similar properties.
4. The ability to send a weekly email with a list of NEW SIMILAR properties per saved search in Item 2.
5. And anything else to please the client and also aid the realtor in a sales pitch.
For example, I have visited realtor sites recently and browsed around - to receive an email a week later saying " We noticed that you recently visited....is there anything we can help with ...etc"
