AM templates available? Can't Post

I have one site currently using article manager and I'm thinking about developing a second one with it. However the project is on a tight time frame and I don't have time to make a nice template for them.

Does anyone have any cool templates I could look at / use? I'm willing to spend a few bucks but I don't want to go nuts, I'm not looking for something totally custom, just something affordable I can grab, change up colors and graphics and tweak in a day to look like what I want.

Let me know, I will probably be purchasing a second license tommorow if so.

Hi there,

The templates at templatemonster are not specific to Article Manager, but since Article Manager's templates are in plain HTML, you can usually just copy & paste the data from the template monster template into Article Manager's templates. This does require a little bit of HTML knowledge to get everything looking the way you want.

Or, if you're not comfortable working with the templates, we have a Priority Consulting service where we can integrate your templates for you. Take a look at the following page for more information:

http://www.interactivetools.com/consulting/

Article Manager also comes with a few extra pre-made template sets that you can use. Take a look at this tutorial for more details:

http://www.interactivetools.com/products/articlemanager/tutorials/change_templates.html

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. :)

That link doesn't work.

Is there a place on the site where I can just see thumbnails of the design choices available to me for AM2?

Hi there,

That link was for Article Manager 1, which has been replaced by Article Manager 2. The main templateset can be seen in the online demo. There's also the "classic" template set (ie, the blue & gray default design we used in Article Manager 1) available in a zip file with the software. :)

I hope this helps!

Actually, all I'm seeing is the blue blog type looking basic template. Am I wrong to assume there are additional design templates (look and feel template choices) for AM2?

If they exist, where can I see them exactly? I can't seem to find them. Or is AM2 only coming with one preset look and feel?

Hi there,

If you upgraded from Artman 1, the upgrade process imports your existing look & feel.

If you install a fresh version, you'll get a 2 column blue & green template set by default, plus the classic 3 column blue & grey template set found in the "classic.zip" that comes with the Article Manager download.

I installed fresh. So that's what I needed to know. The only designs I have available to me are those two.

Whew, that was hard to figure out!
