Search report results query

I am just wondering why, when I look at the successful queries report, I see lots of queries with the word 'none' without the quote marks. Since implementing the program there are 81 none's and the next most popular word only has 11 searches on it. Surely people aren't puuting the word 'none' into the search box, are they? I'm assuming this isn't the same as when they don't put anything in the search box because I see 24 'not found' search terms where the report records the search term as blank (ie. nothing showing at all). Also, the most popular 'not found' search term is <>. What does this represent?

Hi Annie, I haven't actually seen anything like that before -- could you fill out a support request form? It's possible you've got something odd coded into your templates, or that there's something else going on. If we can take a direct look, we can probably get a better idea. You can fill out a support request here: https://www.interactivetools.com/support/email_support.cgi Donna
