Search Engine and AM

Okay, I think I understand that Search Engine will also search my articles that have been published using Article Manager? If so, I'd like to remove my AM search engine and replace it with the Search Engine script that is sold seperately.
I want to search the entire site..even AM articles. Will this work for me?

Search Engine can search any static page. Since Article Manager creates static article pages, you're in business. :) Search Engine has no problem searching Article Manager pages.
