Hi afshin,
Thanks for posting and welcome to the forum!
I've just done a quick test on a local demo, and Search Engine will not be able to search through Persian/Arabian text. While I was able to display the text on a search page, and the search results page, it doesn't look like Search Engine will pickup on the text if it doesn't recognize the character set.
I wish I had better news for you, but if you need any more details just let me know
