Number of results per page Can't Post

QUESTION: What is the default number of results per page?

QUESTION 2 : How do I change it to 8 per page?

Also:

For some reason my PREVIOUS and NEXT links are not doing anything actually they don't appear at all in the results page...

ANY IDEAS?

Re: [store182] Number of results per page [In reply to] Can't Post

Hi,

Thanks for the post! Smile

If you'd like to modify the amount of results that are showing up with Search Engine then you'll want to make a quick change to the page where a user is actually able to search. You can add a hidden field within the opening and closing <form> tags that look like this:

<input type="hidden" name="rows" value=8>

This will tell Search Engine that there should only be 8 results shown on each page.

Without having a look at your site I can't be too sure what might be happening on your search results page but if you could post a link to your site, or fill out a Support Request with your FTP details:

https://www.interactivetools.com/support/email_support.cgi

I'd be happy to have a look at your site and see what might be happening on your Search Results template.

I hope this helps and if you have any other questions, just let me know! Smile

Re: [MikeB] Number of results per page [In reply to] Can't Post

As soon as I inserted this value into the form, the PREV and NEXT links appeared automatically.
I don't think this is in the original template.

But WELL THANKS FOR YOUR ANSWER it worked!!!
