Ignore List Can't Post

Guys,

I have quite a lengthy ignore list, but the search engine appears to still look into the folders I have told it not too!!

Can you confirm the format for 'File prefixes and file paths to ignore (one per line)' section. I use the server root paths:

E.g. /home/www/www.meridiantv.com/HTML/shop/

Is this correct? If so why are there pages within these folders listed?

Cheers,

Simon

Re: [simonlilly] Ignore List [In reply to] Can't Post

Hi Simon,

It's possible that Search Engine could get confused if your server has a complex system of symbolic links. If you could fill out our Support Request Form, we'll be happy to look into this issue for you:

Thanks!
Chris
