Filelock error

HELP
I'm getting a filelock error. What's the easiest way to stop this? Permissions seem to be set right.

Hi Galaxy,
In general, the only reason you should get a persistent filelock error is if the permissions aren't set correctly.
The best way for me to test whether or not this is the case is to fill out a support request -- I can run some test scripts that will track down the cause of your filelock problems and recommend how to go about fixing this. :)
