I have the article manager and considering buying the search. I want to put google ads at the top and bottom of search results. Do you add to the top and bottom the same on this as you do the article program?

Absolutely! Since Search Engine comes with plain html templates, there's no problem in adding the Google AdSense code to the templates, wherever you'd like. :)
