Additional form on the same page as the search form

Hi, I have the search all setup on my site but I'm running into a problem with html pages that, in my case, include an additional "form" requesting information. ie a mailing list. If you click the submit on the mailing list form, the search-results page shows up. Gotta be something simple? Also, is there a reason why pages within a specific directory are not being searched. FYI, I have not added the directory in question into the ignore list and the page extension is shtml which is permitted extension? FYI, the directory reads as follows: http://www.lendingmax.ca/search/pages/real_estate_directory.shtml Thanks in advance. Bruce LendingMax.ca

Hi Bruce. Thanks for posting and the update . If Search Engine doesn’t seem to be looking through a specific folder on your server, it could be that CGI scripts just don’t have access to that folder. Could you ask your webhost to take a look at that for you. If this is the case, it will be something that they could switch for you. In the meantime though, could I get you to fill out a support request for me with FTP details: https://www.interactivetools.com/support/email_support.cgi That way I could take a closer look at how everything is setup and shed some more light on what’s happening. I look forward to hearing from you . ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Ross Fairbairn - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com
