I have tried this on like 8 computers and the wysiwyg works great, but my customer is having problems that I can't duplicate. When they login and click on the "update" link beside any of the pages, just under "text box name", instead of seeing the wysiwyg editor, they just see alot of html code.... the wysiwyg editor is not there at all... just a box of html code. They have tried it on 4 different machines ranging from win2k to XP, all with IE 6 and that's all they can see. I've tried it on 8 computers with xp and IE 6 and it works every time. Is there some kind of browser setting that may be stopping the editor from working on their machines? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Scott Need ImageMagick? GD.pm? You need to GetStacked! Customer called me back and it seems that the machines they were using actually had IE below 5.5 so there was some miscommunication. I wanted to post back so that no one tried to work on this problem. All is well now Thanks! Scott Need ImageMagick? GD.pm? You need to GetStacked!
