On pc's running ie 6.0 (pc platform) I do not see my content in the wysiwyg editor. If I refresh I briefly see the text in html but then it disappears. It is showing up fine in firefox. ???

Hi shmily. Thanks for posting! If the editor is coming up just fine in FireFox we know that the files themselves are ok. What I would check would be that IE has JavaScript enabled on IE. Basically, the editor should work just fine if you have the default settings for security and privacy so if you wanted to just hit the default settings that should get you going. Give that a shot and let me know how you make out . ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Ross Fairbairn - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com

Hi all, wysiwyg editor isn't working for me in IE6 or FF either. Any other suggestions? I checked that java script was enabled, I check the image folder url, double checked the permissions and pulled a chunk of hair out. Nothing seems to work! Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi, Thanks for the post! From what you've mentioned it sounds like you've tried out most of the common issues that would cause the WYSIWYG editor to not work. The best thing to do from here might be to fill out a Support Request with your FTP details: https://www.interactivetools.com/support/email_support.cgi This should allow me to get onto your server for you and look into the issue with the WYSIWYG editor not showing up. I look forward to hearing from you and if you have any other questions in the meantime just let me know! Cheers, Mike Briggs - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com
