WYSIWYG editors are not function. Can't Post

Hello, I have PP on two of projects, one is on windows platform and another is on Unix platform. However both of WYSIWYG editors are not function. I have attached an image of what is showed presently. I have requested for support through your email support. Although, I have not get an reply on this yet. I have previously installed PP on another project, its WYSIWYG editor works fine, and these two sites that I am working on are host under the same host as the previous one. This mean that the system settings are the same. I am using IE version 6.0, which can view WYSIWYG editor on my previous project perfectly. I don't know why this time both of WYSIWYG editor don't work. In fact both of website that I am working on have List Manager on them too. And WYSIWYG editors are working correctly. What could go wrong on this? Or the istallation was not correct at the first place? Could you help on this? Thanks.

Hi David,

Thanks for your email. :)

First, make sure that your PML tag is correct. It should look something like this:

<!-- publish type="wysiwyg" name="Page Content" rows=20 -->

If that's correct, then take a look at this page for more WYSIWYG troubleshooting tips:

http://www.interactivetools.com/docs/doc.cgi?/pagepublisher/editor_troubleshooting.html

If neither of those help, try filling in a support request, and we can pop in and take a look at that for you. You can fill that out here:

https://www.interactivetools.com/support/email_support.cgi

I hope this helps! Let me know if you're still having problems. :)

Donna
