WYSIWIG in IE7

when logging in to a website using PP 1.25 and IE7/windows xp the WYSIWIG does not populate. The HTML flashes and then a blank screen This is an updated version of PP. Help this transfer has been a nightmare.. I have a very disappointed client.

I ended up reloading PP to a directory outside or cgi-bin. I think this will work...
