I just had my hosting company switch the server for one of my clients from Windows to Linux. However, Page Publisher was installed for me by InteractiveTools when it was windows. Now nothing is working. What do I need to do to make it work in this Linux server? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi There. Thanks for posting and welcome to the board! My first guess is going to be that the file permissions on Page Publisher’s files are going to need some adjustments. The data folder and all of the files in it will need “777” permissions. The Uploads folder will need “777” permissions as well. Finally, the pp.cgi script will need “755” permissions. Give that a try and let me know how you make out. If you are still having trouble after that, the best thing to do would be send in a support request so I can have a closer look at what’s going on: https://www.interactivetools.com/support/email_support.cgi.
