Problem with install (license key)

I am moving a clients website to a new server which means also installing Page Publisher again. I've never had any problems with the install, but this time I went to access the install URL and got this error message > Error : No license key specified! at ./index.cgi line 1059.

Hi there Thanks for posting! That's actually a fairly odd message if you are just trying to move servers. What I think happened is the setup.dat.cgi file was corrupted during the transfer. If you were to upload another copy of that, you should get going again. If not, try uploading a default copy so that it triggers the installation again. That will let you re-enter the ID. Does that make sense? Give it a shot and let me know how you make out . ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Ross Fairbairn - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com

Nope! Wiped all the files, downloaded a fresh copy of the program and the same error was shown. Could it have something to do with the fact that PP is still active on the old website space? The client wanted the site mirrored on the new hosting space so that there wouldn't be any downtime...
