I'm trying to private label page Publisher. One of the items on the checklist is to: Paste the output of the form into your program's vconfig.dat What program should I use to open a .dat file? Do I replace everything in that file with the output? Sorry to be such a novice on this! - - - - - - - - - - John Coonen The Coffee Group | Marketing & Technology Solutions Toll-free: 1-(888)-804-9525 | www.TheCoffeeGroup.com Caffeinated Solutions. Ok...I figured out the .dat file issue. Now, I can't find the "page" that is used for login/logoff. What is the file name so I can go in and swap out the image for the login page? Thanks, Linda - - - - - - - - - - John Coonen The Coffee Group | Marketing & Technology Solutions Toll-free: 1-(888)-804-9525 | www.TheCoffeeGroup.com Caffeinated Solutions. Dramatic Results.

Hi Linda, Thanks for the post! the image that you'll be looking to replace is called "login_logo.gif" and can be found in your /images/ directory. Although I'm not familiar with our Page Publisher installation your login/logoff page is called pp.cgi by default and is typically found inside your /pp/ directory. :) Does this help Linda? If you have any further questions please feel free to ask. :) Cheers, Chet Woodside - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com

I'm not sure if there is a better way, but we designed a new image in Photoshop and then named it login_logo.gif and that worked. I think I was/am confused about a cgi opposed to a "web page" file in which I'm used to just uploading a new image to the image folder and then swapping it with the image that is already on that page. Hi Linda, Thanks for the follow-up! That is a very common way of editing the login image and good way to go about replacing the login image with one of your choosing. :)It's good to hear that you have your private labeling set-up and if we can help you with anythig else please feel free to ask!
